  • 1 handful Fresh Spinach or Avocado rinsed thoroughly
  • 1 cup Almond or Oat Milk warm slightly for easier blending if desired
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or Dates optional, for added sweetness

Method
 

  1. Place the bananas, peanut butter, greens, and milk into the blender.
